I absolutely loved the elegant and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The beautiful decorations and comfortable seating areas made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I really appreciated the easy accessibility of all the hotel's facilities. The elevator was convenient and the hallways were wide enough for me to comfortably maneuver my walker. It made my stay so much more enjoyable!

I do wish the children working there could have been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. It would have been wonderful if they could have offered assistance with carrying luggage or provided extra support when moving around the hotel.

The guestrooms at Black Tulip Hotel are absolutely amazing! They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, like jetted bathtubs and flat-screen TVs. Plus, the room is so spacious and the bed is super cozy. As a business traveler, I really appreciated the free WiFi and the in-room safe to keep my valuables secure.

The only thing I didn't love was the minibar in the room. It's not really my thing, but I know some people enjoy having a stocked minibar.

The food in this hotel was delicious, I have to say it was some of the best I have tasted in a long time. the location of the hotel was great, really in the heart of the town which made it easy to get around. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were always willing to help with any request.

The room was not up to expectations. the air conditioning made a strange noise which kept us up all night, and when we informed the staff, they didn't seem to know how to fix it.

The location is ideal, being close to the center and within walking distance of many attractions. The hotel offers various services to enhance our comfort and convenience, such as room service, dry cleaning, and airport shuttle.

The hotel offers a good breakfast and is located close to the center, making it easy to explore the city. the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are generally clean. Some rooms have a nice view of the surrounding area. the bathrooms are equipped with basic toiletries and towels, and the showers have good water pressure. Free parking is available on-site.

The AC units might make a weird noise, which could lead to discomfort during the night.

The hotel had a good location and it was easy to go to the tourist attractions nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I couldn't hear any noise from the street, so I slept quite well. The breakfast offered a variety of options which was a plus.

The bathroom had a bad smell and the toilet wasn't clean. The air conditioning wasn't working properly and it was too hot.

Great location for travellers on a motorcycle route. Offers safe motorcycle parking. Excellent value for money with clean rooms.

Felt truly spoilt, no reason to complain.
